How to Host a Perfect Cocktail Party

The ways to arrange enjoyable party may change as the time go by but the ambition to host a stylish and unforgettable party remains.

If you plan to arrange a notable cocktail party, below are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Make sure that your cocktail party is cover with a cheerful, cordial and welcoming atmosphere. Choose an awesome cocktail party theme; be very selective for the entire party composition. For a fancy dinner party, your best choice would be Martini or Margarita cocktail party. But if you plan for a barbecue cocktail party then go for Tequila Sunrise or Whiskey Sour.

2. If you plan to hire some bartenders or attendances to help service your guests, make sure to contact them and book their services 2-3 weeks in advance.

3. Make a decision on choosing the right glass for your cocktail party and be assuring that you have enough number and be ready to use for your guests. Don't forget to spare some amount of your glasses in case it may be break by accident.

4. Take care non-alcoholic guests with non-alcoholic cocktail options such as water, fruit juice and soft drinks.

5. Push your guests to blend in with the crowd by not provide too many chairs in your party venue but do not forget about the one who are disabled, you must give them the best care, don't let them feel lonely, applying adjustment as necessary.

6. Put in mind that not every people love overly strong drinks, so be sure to use special recipes in concocting cocktail drinks and never fail to measure the mixes.

7. Provide some containers with plastic bag in cocktail bar and appropriate area for bits and pieces of garbage. Protect your dining table and bar by cover it with good quality plastic table cover underneath the main tablecloth.

8. Prepare your coffee maker to be ready in place with some sugar, creamer and cups for guests who need coffee. And also unfasten a few bottles of wine and put back the cork stoppers partially, so your guests can easily open it and get wine to drink by themselves.

9. If you plan to serve foods and snacks to your guests, make sure to not offer the highly flavored and oily foods as it will just make them thirstier than usual.

10. Some guests may want to stay overnight, so be sure to arrange necessary arrangements for them. You can also close your cocktail bar when it close to the time to finish your party while still giving out foods, waters and coffee.
