It is amazing what people will remember about sports, movies, and game shows. What you remember the most and cherish the most is not necessarily the games, or even the movies or game shows themselves, but rather the voices behind these areas. These are famous announcers that will never be forgotten. They are burned into the minds of all who have watched sports, seen movies, and watched game shows. They are the best ever.

In the sporting world, there is no other voice than the famous Keith Jackson. Keith Jackson is the one announcer who everyone who has watched college sport over the years will recognize. He has always been fair and extremely smart. He is the voice that is synonymous with ABC's College Football.

In the area of professional sports, there has been no one better than the great Pat Summerall. Pat Summerall has been one of the greatest voices over the decades covering all major professional football games. He more often than not announced Dallas Cowboy football games and game the great John Madden his start at announcing as well.

For game shows you can recognize no other at the top of the list than Rod Roddy. Rod Roddy has been the voice for The Price Is Right for years. He was Bob Barker's side kick and friend. He died in October of 2003.

Gene Wood is another voice of television and game shows. He is loved by all Americans. He has done most of the voice work for the production team of Bill Todman and Mark Goodson.

The movie trailer world of voices belongs to Dan LaFontaine. His voice is heard throughout movie theaters all over the country. He has done more movie trailers than any other. Whenever you go to the movie theater and see trailers, it is he whom you hear.
