In a recent interview with VOGUE magazine, stunning supermodel Miranda Kerr let us in on her closely guarded secrets of how she stays in such amazing shape, and why she thinks that being healthy and happy is more important than her fame and riches. 'Health is Wealth', she says.
Since the birth of her son Flynn last January (she's happily married to English actor Orlando Bloom), Miranda's been finding it just a little bit harder work to keep her famous body toned.
"Working 16, 17 hours, you need to know how to take care of yourself or you'll fall off the wagon. I know it's cliched, but I feel health is wealth.''
And Miranda also says that she has to exercise daily to help keep her baby weight off, with yoga and Pilates.
''I was lucky for a while there, I just did yoga. Now I'm exercising a whole lot more, but it's for my job.''
And Miranda shares her ultimate secret which keeps her in body in such amazing shape, and even when she's a mum she can still be a top supermodel too... Miranda's secrete is her passion for organic super foods which include chia seeds, goji berries and maca powder. Making a joke to VOGUE about the time it takes blending them all into smoothies, she says 'it's a lot of work!'
''It's unrealistic to think that someone has the perfect life, because nobody does. I am very lucky and I recognise that, but I can't feel bad about what I have, because I worked very hard for it.
''I especially worked hard pushing out that baby, I'm no rocket scientist - that would be something to be really proud of, but I'm doing my bit the best way possible.''
Miranda's joined many on the hot celebrity A list, who've discovered the rejuvenating, weight-losing, benefits of super foods, such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Liz Hurley and Madonna. Oprah's TV doctor, Dr Oz can often be heard expounding the wonders of them too.
