Briana Evigan - Her Life In Pictures

The proflic actress Briana Evigan was born in 1986 and is a professional dancer and actress. She is probably best known for playing the leading role of Andie West in Step Up 2: The Streets, the dance drama sequel to Step up. The first film was released in 2006 and the follow up released in 2008.

Evigan, along with co-star Robert Hoffman, earned MTV Movie Award for the Best Kiss, in 2008. She then went on to star in the 2009 remake of the horror film The House On Sorority Row, as the character of Cassidy Tappan and critics reviewed her performance well.

That year the Showest Award for the Female Stars of Tomorrow was given to the leading female cast members of said film. Her next role was a part in a 2009 remake of the gruesome horror film Mother's Day, directed by Darren Lynn, however no official release date was ever announced, but the film was involved in the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.

She then went on to land the part in another horror film, that same year, as the lead female part of Kelly Taylor in the film Burning Bright, eventually released in 2010. The film tells of a young woman who gets trapped in a house, during a hurricane, with her autistic brother, while a ravenous tiger is on the loose. Reviews of the film were very positive.

Next she was the central character in a romance, drama film called I Love You. She has also played supporting roles in a few films and TV series, including Bottom's Up, Fear Itself, S.Darko and Something Sweet.

As well as all this she has appeared in a series of music videos for a number of artists, such as Flo Rida, T.Pain, Enrique Iglesias and Linkin Park. Briana Evigan is on a roll!
