Treat Your Natural Leather Boots And Shoes

We all care for our shoes but the care and importance leather shoes enjoy is much more. This is obvious because leather is an expensive material especially when it is branded. In the past, people who wore leather shoes were regarded as noble and elite. Even nowadays, people wear leather shoes to show off their dignity and status.

Once you purchase a pair of leather shoes, you can trust on it for your life because leather is always in fashion and never goes out of guarantee. You can rely on your leather shoes for giving your persona an impressive title on various important events of your life for instance, meeting your love's family; passing a job interview; signing an important business contract etc.

Leather shoes are quite prestigious and they require regular care unlike other shoes in your shoe rack. Leather is a very sensitive material and it is not pampered properly, it may tire out soon.

When you are cleaning your leather shoes, make sure that you do rub away all the dust substances from it with a clean and soft piece of cloth. In case the dust particles are strictly attached to your shoes, you can rub it off with the help of a brush. After cleaning, you would want to apply a thin coat of polish or wax on your shoes. This coat will not only prevent the leather from dust, mud and other harmful element but also render it extra shine. In order to achieve a smooth look, you can make use of saddle conditioner.

In the monsoon season, it is recommended that you avoid wearing leather shows because the damage that mud and water can cause to your shoes is irreparable. If mud gets stuck onto your leather shoes, it will soon dry up and become hard; and would not come off with dry cloth. If you apply a little force, mud will certainly chip off attached with flakes of your leather shoes.

Please remember that if you store your shoes in the shoe rack directly after use, it is likely to catch fungus; also if you do not wear your leather shoes for some time, fungus will start to appear on it. Do not worry. You can always remove fungus by cleaning your leather shoes with a branded soap solution and brush. Let your leather shoes dry in the sun light for a whole day.

The best way to store leather shoes is that you sprinkle some powder on it, cover it with a plastic bag and then place it neatly inside the shoe box.
